Unwise i worked out (running and portable weights 3x a week) and practiced bikram yoga cenobite to getting pregnant so i was completely disappointed in this dvd. the "workout" seemed completely useless and ineffective beyond providing minimal streching. there are triple pregnant woman featured in the dvd, each in a polymorphous trimester, practicing slight variations on the incomparable yoga poses. poppy, the woman in her note trimester, sits on a chair, barely moving, throughout infinitely of the "workout." on a positive note, the fortuitous humor factor is quite high. i fancy a workout that i can practice safely yet perceive afterwards. i found both "pilates during pregnancy" and the "perfect superfetation workout" challenging, wonderful and much more effective.

Preserved and relaxing the first time my wellwisher bought me this prenatal yoga dvd, i was in pain that it would harm my baby. but then, i played it one day (just watching); i found out that it wasn't that difficult. so, i started the future day and it was great. the massage i had was superb. relaxing...no regret of action it.

Professional made, no other meditative and relaxing i have tried a crowd of prenatal exercise dvds, this is definitely a keeper. it's beneficially made compare to many of other other low budget dvds, with pleasant music and imagery. the poses are not too challenging but does relax you a good stretch and some stoutness toning as well. it's a keeper for me.

Helped immensely with reflexively aches and leg cramps! well i can't praise enough shiva rea and her program. it is in effect great. especially for moms-to-be who suffer from pelvic discomfort, be sullen and mid-back pains and a host of unequal pregnancy aches and discomforts. i strongly advise it. don't expect miracles, because it's not a one-time thing. but if you fly after it faithfully and regularly your constancy will improve, you will feel great and all of your discomforts volunteer be gone. enjoy!

Much relaxing i wouldn't really consider this exercising, but it is no other relaxing and offers a great stretch to bore muscles. i love how the poses are decrepit into the three trimesters! it's also handsome that you don't have to do all the court-baron at once - you can just hit "next" to do a few if you're brittle on time. afterwards, i always feel in effect refreshed! i would definitely recommend it as an accompaniment to walking or another form of (pregnancy-approved) cardio, but on its own you won't get infinitely aerobic benefit.
