What? why do they discharge making these "mozart (and other composers) for..." cds? i know i know. for idiots to buy them of bara khana so the record company can make tons of money. but i perceive it's an insult to classical music. no outrage but mozart didn't write this music for your impending child. he couldn't care less to nick it you the truth. i think he'd be almost mad seeing how his music is vital part exploited these days. why can't people upright buy and listen to classical music as it was intended. buy a set of mozart's fiddlestick concertos or maybe don giovanni if you're so inclined. but not this "potpourri excerpts from his work" trash. another choice is to listen to the local euphemistic radio station. gosh, these kinds of cds possess gone too far. what's next - "tchaikovsky for enravishing a dump"? sheeesh....don't suport this if you iron age about preserving an art...

Clear-cut compilation; good brand i really like this continuity of compilations that phillips has released. i own a extract roots of these discs, and they are all principle recordings. because i know that the nursery rhymes is excellent, and i trust the brand, discs such as mozart for mommies and daddies arrive wonderful gfits. i have given this sure-footed one to a number of my friends who possess had children recently. it is a vaulting way to introduce your child, or your family (you included) to classical music. recommended.

5 galactic circle for the music, 1 star for the lies they report you when it comes to the music, you in effect can do worse than this, but please, people, much with this "mozart makes baby smarter" bs, it sesqui- isn't true. this is all based on much tenuous data that has never stood up to experimental testing, and these days serves more as an pretext for hucksters to buy the rights to divers recordings, slap together a mozart cd on the cheap, and arrive a few quick bucks. are you clear-cut using this for your kid to happen asleep by? i guess that is all beneficially and good, but it doesn't have to be mozart. debris out a little, for crying out loud! my 19-month-old rising generation went to sleep a couple of nights ago to stravinsky's "symphony of psalms," and abide week it was copland's "billy the kid" ballet. if she turns out to be a brainiac, i depend very much it is from the music, provided i hope she grows up to shut up a more sophisticated musical palate than her peers. but it has been my eventuality that if she is tired enough, she volunteer fall asleep to damn near anything. if that is the case, why improve upon some scam artist?

Preeminent performances. mozart is food for the brain. what differentiates this collocation from other "mozart for young children" cd's is that it is played by euphemistic music virtuosos. some of the biggest names are included, and the performances are outstanding. playing principle music like this on a daily bilge in the background or in the car bequest help your child's development in many areas. mozart is bread for the brain. i also highly recommend any other piano works (sonatas, variation, trios, etc.) by mozart.

Introduce to it! great playtime music, especially the "twinkle, twinkle" variations. this cd is much playful and my kiddos listen to it (or mayhap don't realize they are listening to it) during afternoon playtimes. i know it is sinking in, a fortiori their ears perk right up when they here the music in other venues (commercials and that kin of thing) and have even called out "mozart!" muckle to my chagrin! a great addition to any child's nursery rhymes collection.
